Sheila Milton is a dedicated fundraising professional with extensive experience in development strategy, donor relations, and grant management. She currently serves as the Director of Development for HYPE, where she leads fundraising initiatives to expand opportunities for young women in STEM. With a strong background in prospect research, campaign management, and strategic donor engagement, she has successfully contributed to the growth of various organizations, including English-Hudson, Rhia Ventures, and Spelman College.

With a Master of Arts in History and Museum Studies from the University of West Georgia and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Montevallo, Sheila brings a unique perspective to fundraising, blending research expertise with strategic development planning. Passionate about community engagement, she has been actively involved with organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, and the Junior League.
